Dionne Smith is an engaging speaker who illuminates the room with motivation and empowerment. Her colorful and unique empathic approach leaves the audience inspired to move their lives forward. She has over 10 years of experience in creating mental and emotional wellness in individual lives, youth through adulthood. She received her National Certification as a counselor in 2019 and throughout her 10 years, she has earned many awards and certificates in mental health and leadership.


Dionne is propelled to help transition emotionally wounded individuals into a place of wellness and wholeness. She uses her extensive education, vast experience and expertise to bring life-changing workshops, conferences, and lectures. Dionne is a firm believer that everyone can live the life of their dreams, even if life has thrown emotional curve balls.

As a clinician, I empower clients to work through depression, anxiety, life’s stress, and substance use, through motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy, and mindful based strategies.


My office hours are flexible and may include evening and weekend hours. I am Telehealth trained with emphasis on HIPPA compliance and ethical standards.

My approach is empathic, compassionate, and empowering.
